Shipping Policy

All parcels are shipped directly from Korea. Shipping cost is calculated once your package is ready to be shipped from Korea to the destination country. Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order. Depending on the volume and stock a shipping delay may occur. In that case we will inform you within 72 hours.

Please make sure your shipping information (address, name, tel, zip code and etc.) is correct while placing an order. We hold no responsibility for any problem caused by wrong shipping information.

Custom Policy

Most of our dermal products (filler, botox and etc.) are considered as a medical equipment and custom processes vary in each country. We strongly advice you to contact your local custom office or broker company for the detailed information to avoid any potential problem. We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. No refund, no replacement will be incurred by Korean Filler Experts with any of customs related issues.

Customers are required to pay charges such as customs fee, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee whatsoever related with customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can cancel, change or amend your order until it's not processed and/or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, we won't be able to entertain any change or cancelation. If you wish to cancel, change or amend your order, please contact our experts as soon as possible.

Our primary goal is your complete gratification. All purchases on Korean Filler Experts are 100% guaranteed to be genuine, new and without defect or damage. We accept the return of the products at our cost within 7 days for a full refund if any items you received are either damaged, defective, or incorrect.
