01 ORDER REQUEST

You can choose among hundreds of original products from our product list.
If you are not sure which product is right fit for your business do not worry. Our experts know all the Korean products, functions and trending products inside out. 02 ORDER CONFIRMATION

Our experts of the region you operate will contact you within hours for the details and needs. Once we understand your unique position and needs we will confirm your order in accordance to stock or conditions. Please bear in mind that not all brands are available in every country, therefore we will check with factories and provide several other options for your business success.

03 PAYMENT

Along with the order confirmation we will issue the initial Proforma Invoice for 50% deposit payment by Bank wire transfer. The final Proforma Invoice along with the Shipping Fee will be provided once the order is ready for the shipping. You must settle your payment within 7 days or else your order might be canceled.
Please bear in mind that the customer has to pay the transfer fee while we only count the net amount we received. In case you have any problem with payment, please discuss it with us and we are open to accommodate.

After we receive the first payment, we’ll prepare and share the required documents with you. Please understand that every country import processes and registration process is different. Therefore, you should let us know in advance which documents you will need for the procedure.

All the products will be directly exported from our warehouse. Since most of the product manufacturersare different we will first collect and store the goods in our warehouse. Once we have all the goods, our experts will carefully inspect all the products, expiry dates and repack them as you describe before being exported.
If the product has been found not genuine or there is any problem with the quality then KFE will take the full responsibility.

We ship over 40 countries and have many years of experience dealing with international shipping. Please note that Customs fees, VAT, or value added tax, and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
